Nothing says Cinco de Mayo like a bunch of agency pros getting together for a pot luck feast!
Ok, maybe a few things say it better ... but this was the best excuse to exercise our Mexican cuisine making chops. From Mary's "Pit-stop Guac" to Alison's "Cheery Chipotle Brownies" the Redstone team pitched in to make this the best Cinco de Mayo since the Mexican army defeated the French forces at the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862, under the leadership of Mexican General Ignacio Zaragoza Seguín. (Ok, again, maybe we're exaggerating a little).
Here's hoping everyone has a great a Cinco de Mayo from your amigos at Piedro de Rojo.
