Ok, let's get this out of the way right up front. Naomi is cute. Not that generic "oh she's so cute" that you use on every three-year-old just to be polite. We're talking world-class cuteness. So what do you do when you reach the pinnacle of little-girl cuteness with your first daughter? Where do you go from there? Well, if you're Redstone media pro, Shiletha and her husband Cory, you go for the title in the other gender category: little boy.
Seriously though, Redstone is pleased as punch (as evidenced by the decor in Shiletha's office, photo below) that the new addition to her family will bring balance to the family. One girl, one boy ... that's baby feng shui. Our chi is feeling GREAT.
And as for the cute title? Well, we'll just have to wait until October and see. But we wouldn't bet against him!

It just struck me that today is a great day for anyone committed to being "absolutely positive." Today, May 18th, happens to be the birthday of one of the greatest positive influences on cinema, Frank Capra. Capra directed a variety of motion pictures but his two best known are probably "It's A Wonderful Life" and "Mr. Smith Goes to Washington." Both, unapologetically positive, I can't imagine a world where the former wasn't a part of the Christmas season and the latter wasn't at least suggested viewing for would-be politicians.
Happy birthday Frank, I'm pretty sure you got your wings on admission, but if not, we'll ring a few bells for you today.
