Johnston Promoted to Vice-President/ Director of Account Services

(Omaha, NE) ­ Redstone Communications is pleased to announce that Gail Johnston has been promoted from Vice-President/Management Supervisor to Vice-President/Director of Account Services. She brings over 17 years of retail marketing and direct-to-consumer marketing experience to her new position, including 13 years with Redstone’s account service team.

Prior to Redstone, Gail spent four years as a regional account executive with the Omaha World-Herald where she managed a range of client services, from placement to copywriting, for a number of major regional advertisers. Her past and present clients include Maytag, DuPont, Verizon Wireless, Hallmark, Nebraska Furniture Mart and Mutual of Omaha.

Gail graduated at the top of her class from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she received a bachelor’s degree in journalism. She has served on the board of directors for the Omaha Federation of Advertising, chaired the Meet the Pros committee for three years and is currently a member of the American Marketing Association ­ Omaha Chapter.
